Summary:
To make the determination of dental procedure codes and process dental claims via OCR scanning/data entry.
Primary Job
Responsibilities:
Keys data from claims into the claims system using an average production level.
Arkansas:
Single page claims (flats) - 80 claims per hour; Attachments (multis) - 40 claims per hour New Jersey:
Reject repair - 120 per hour; Optical Character Recognition (OCR) - 50 per hour Tennessee:
Optical Character Recognition (OCR) - 85 per hour; Key From Image (KFI) - 35 per hour Reviews exceptions reports and research claims pended to the exceptions report for required data; pulls paper claim if needed; keys forms and mailing back as needed.
Rejects reports and pulls paper claims if required Keys forms and mailing back as needed.
Perform other related assigned duties as necessary to complete the Primary Job Responsibilities as described above.
Minimum
Qualifications:
Will accept any suitable combination of education, training or experience.
Position requires a high school diploma or GED, plus 1 year data entry experience, intermediate experience working with word processing, 10-key, and alphanumeric data entry.
Employees are to adhere to department and corporate policies and procedures, serve internal and external customers and support the goal of other departments and the company.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
