Job Overview: A Concrete Finishing Supervisor oversees the final stages of product manufacturing, ensuring quality control, adherence to specifications, and timely completion. Tasks include supervising staff, managing workflow, troubleshooting production issues, and other related duties.
Requirements:
Minimum 18 years of age.
Verifiable experience with concrete finishing and the various techniques, materials and methods required.
Verifiable experience with managing and leading a finishing crew.
Ability to read / interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Strong communication skills.
Ability to meet deadlines and keep crew on task.
Ability to enforce safety and health regulations.
Ability to handle the physical requirements of the job.
