ABC is currently searching for a Techncial Support Representative to work overnight hours for our 24X7 help desk.
This position is directly responsible for handling technical calls from club owners and or club personnel regarding hardware and software issues.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
o Create CRM cases for clients computer/software and hardware issues
o Troubleshoot client software and other computer problems
o Document technical troubleshooting steps and problem resolution
o Resolve technical issues related to club software and hardware in a timely manner
o Handle rotating on call and weekend duties approximately every 5 weeks
o Ability to escalate issues to appropriate personnel when needed by following structure in place
o Assist other Help Desk personnel with problems/issues when needed
o Write technical documents to be used by other technicians
Position Requirements QUALIFICATIONS
o Linear troubleshooting skills
o Networking knowledge of modems and routers
o Superior phone voice
o Ablility to relate to both technical and non-technical users
o Ability to deal directly with clients
o Working knowledge of all windows operating systems
o Ability to create/locate/modify knowledge base articles
o Must be able to multi-task
o Flexibility & Adaptability - Ability to changes priorities quickly and often
