Position Summary:
oHandles customer service inquiries and problems via the telephone recording recurring problem areas.
oProvides immediate assistance to customers as requested.
oMaintains a method to document, track and research customer input.
oShares recurrent problems identified by customer input.
oReviews statistics and trends with appropriate personnel.
oIdentifies needs and makes recommendations for quality improvement that creates perceived value to customers.
oMay respond to e-mail inquiries.
oMay send written communications in response to customer comment forms.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
